Shipping policy
Skin Specialist Sammi typically fulfills orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and vacation time. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot edit or change the order. We also cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. In the event of a wrong address or item being ordered on the customer's end, they must reach out within 2 hours to request a change. After this, no changes are guaranteed. If the shipping label has already been created, but not picked up by the carrier, the customer may make changes to their order or address at their own expense + additional charges. Skin Specialist Sammi is not liable for any packages missing, stolen, or lost by the carrier. The customer must file a claim with the corresponding carrier where it will be up to Skin Specialist Sammi's discretion to refund or replace the order. Shipping dates on Skin Specialist Sammi are only estimates and not bound by dates the seller must adhere to. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund, even if a priority option is selected. Skin Specialist Sammi is not liable for package delays on behalf of the carrier.
