FAQ: What can I expect as a new client coming to you for the first time?

For new clients, you will fill out an intake form with skin goals and other important information regarding your skin. Together we will go over the best treatment plan and routine to get you to your goals through the consultation process.

If you've booked the new client treatment, the consult is included as well as a free Nexa Facial Analysis Scan.

Custom Facial

FAQ: What is included in a custom facial?

Everything and anything! My facials are time based, meaning the more time we have together, the more "add ons" I can include, and the more luxurious the service will be. Your skin is constantly changing, so each time you come in could be different from the last.

FAQ: What are some of the things to expect during a custom facial?

You will always get a thorough double cleanse, dermplane if you are a candidate, facial massage, and mask (the type will vary to your needs and goals). From there we may do Oxygen Therapy, LED Therapy, Micro Peel, Enzymes, Jelly Mask, CO2 Mask, Greens Healing Treatment, Peptide Firming Treatment, Nanoneedling Infusion, Cyrotherapy-- just to name a few.

Acne Bootcamp

FAQ: What is Acne Bootcamp?

Acne Bootcamp is a program where you are guided by me through a custom routine, consistent treatments, and ongoing support and education to help you clear your acne and stay clear.

FAQ: What can I expect out of Acne Bootcamp?

First we will do a thorough consultation to make sure this is the right option for you. I will curate a custom routine for you, provide you a packet loaded with information on acne and lifestyle, as well as a comprehensive list of acne safe makeup, haircare, and supplements. Be prepared to purchase your routine during this appointment, which can range $150-250. This will last you 4-9 months.

FAQ: What kind of treatment plan would I be doing?

Ideally every 2 weeks coming in for Micro Peels or Enzyme treatments, coupled with extractions and LED Therapy. If this does not fit your schedule or budget, monthly treatments can be planned where you can get additional barrier support paired with the above.

Microneedling

FAQ: What is Microneedling?

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a collagen stimulating treatment to target multiple concerns. Think of this as your magic wand to turn back and slow down the aging clock. Our FDA cleared device stamps the skin over 3 million times with microscopic needles to create microinjuries in the skin. This simulates our body's natural wound healing process to induce collagen synthesis.

FAQ: Who is this good for?

Each year after the age of 25 we lose 1% of our collagen product. Microneedling increases collagen synthesis 400% in just one treatment, getting you back that lost collagen. When you do multiple sessions, you actually start banking your own collagen making more than you lose!

Microneedling is great for everyone (unless you are prone to keloid scarring). It simulates collagen production, repairs broken fibroblasts (collagen building blocks), lightens and breaks down pigmentation, evens skin tone, firms, and plumps.

FAQ: Does it hurt?

Nope! You are completely numb during treatment. You may feel vibrations and occasional prickles, but no pain.

FAQ: What is the downtime?

About 3 days. You may have some residual dryness after the 3 days, but this varies from client to client.

Hydro Facial

FAQ: What is the Hydro Facial?

Hydro Facial is a hydrating facial that removes dirt, debris, and buildup while simultaneously infusing a custom blend of serum into the skin. This is also known as waterdermbrasion, or hydrodermabrasion.

FAQ: What is included in this facial?

This facial includes a luxurious double cleanse, dermaplaning, Hydrodermabrasion, facial massage, micropeel, custom mask, and LED therapy.

FAQ: Who is this facial good for?

This facial is perfect for first time facialers and seasoned clients alike. It gives deep hydration and gentle exfoliation for all skin types.

Illumin Peel

FAQ: What is the Illumin Peel?

The Illumin Peel is a TCA biphasic peel. This means it is suspended in oil for less downtime and irritation, while maximizing efficacy. It is referred to as the "no downtime peel" since there is minimal shedding and you look normal immediately after and through the healing process unlike traditional chemical peels of this strength.

FAQ: Who is this good for?

This is an amazing peel to incorporate into your regular facial routine for overall skin rejuvenation. The Illumin peel can be done every 2-4 weeks, and works best in a series for targeting stubborn skin concerns. If you struggle with fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring, PIE, and uneven skin tone this is a great peel option for you.

Green Sea Peel

FAQ: What is the Green Sea Peel?

The Green Sea Peel is a non invasive spicule based peel that is 100% natural, does not contain any acids, and mimics the results of microneedling + a chemical peel. 900,000ppm sea sponge derived spicules are massaged into the skin to deliver vitamins, nutrients, growth factors, and antioxidants to rebuild collagen, break down pigmentation, correct scarring, and even skin tone + texture.

FAQ: What is the downtime?

The downtime is 5-7 days. The first day you feel warmth and have redness in the skin, very similar to a sunburn. You can expect to feel the spicules in the skin up to 72 hours, which can be slightly tingling when applying product. Shedding may occur between days 3-5 during healing, ranging from flakiness to larger sheet peeling. By day 7 your skin should no longer be peeling and returned to normal.

FAQ: Who is this good for?

This peel is amazing for anyone who is looking for scar revision, a good skin shedding, collagen synthesis, or a more even tone. This peel is acid and needle free, acne and pregnancy safe. I recommend doing a Green Sea Peel once every 6 months for a deep peeling refresh.

Other FAQ's

FAQ: What brands/products do you use during treatment and retail?

I utilize many different brands for both backbar and retail, cherry picking the best of the best. I use Face Reality, Glymed, Lira Clinical, as well as professional Korean Skincare brands Dermathod, Corthe, KRX, Pfecta, Isov, and Storyderm.

FAQ: How long have you been an aesthetician?

I got licensed in 2019 from Las Vegas! I am actually licensed in 3 states- Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina.

FAQ: How often do you recommend facials?

I recommend facials every 4-6 weeks, depending on your skin concerns and goals.

FAQ: Is purging common with facials or starting a new routine?

Yes, it can be! Anytime you do a facial, you can expect a few breakouts also known as purging. This depends on what kind of facial, how much exfoliation was done, and if it's your first facial or you're more seasoned.

When you get on a professional routine, you can also expect some purging. Professional grade products are typically stronger and encourage more change in the skin. This is temporary as your skin acclimates to it's new products, and usually more exfoliation. For Acne clients, this purging can last a little longer but that's what I'm here for to guide you and support you through these new changes!
